We do not maintain a walk-in studio. However we warmly welcome serious clients to visit our diamond manufacturing facility in Bhavnagar, Gujarat — where every stone in your commission begins its journey. Visits are by appointment only. We also offer video consultations for clients outside India and internationally. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange either.
How long does a bespoke commission take?
From first conversation to delivery, the journey typically takes eight to sixteen weeks. Stone selection, wax-carving, setting, and finishing each take their proper time. We will give you a realistic timeline at the outset — we do not rush.

Can I see the stone before it is set?
Yes — always. We share stone options with you before any setting begins. For clients who visit Bhavnagar, you can view stones in person at the source. For everyone else, we document each candidate with detailed photography and certification before you confirm.
